Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how MedCall360 (“MedCall360,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use the MedCall360 mobile application and the website at medcall360.com (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account details such as your name, email address, and phone number when you register.
- Medication and health information you enter — medicine names, dosages, schedules, pill counts, and reminder history. This is used solely to power your reminders and adherence tracking.
- Caregiver / contact details you choose to add so that we can send missed-dose or refill notifications on your behalf.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage information such as device model, operating system, app version, and basic analytics about how the app is used.
- Diagnostic and crash data that helps us keep the Service reliable.
2. How we use your information
- To deliver medication reminders, refill alerts, and caregiver notifications.
- To create and maintain your account and multiple profiles.
- To provide adherence history and summaries you can review or share.
- To improve, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.
- To respond to your support requests and communicate important updates.
3. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal or health information. We share information only in these limited situations:
- With caregivers you designate, and only the notifications you have chosen to enable.
- With service providers who process data on our behalf (for example cloud hosting and push-notification delivery), under confidentiality obligations.
- For legal reasons, if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this Policy.
4. Data security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including encryption in transit — designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data and continually review our practices.
5. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. You may delete your data or close your account at any time; we will delete or anonymise your information except where we are required to retain it by law.
6. Your rights & choices
- Access, correct, or delete the information in your account.
- Turn notifications and caregiver sharing on or off at any time.
- Request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@medcall360.com.
7. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required by your local law), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. A parent or guardian may manage a child's medication profile from their own adult account.
8. Medical disclaimer
MedCall360 is a reminder and organisation tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional healthcare. Always follow the instructions of your doctor or pharmacist.
9. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version here and update the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes may also be communicated in the app.
