Terms & Conditions
Last updated: July 6, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MedCall360 mobile application and the website at medcall360.com (together, the “Service”), operated by MedCall360. By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
MedCall360 helps you record your medications and sends reminders, refill alerts, and optional caregiver notifications. The Service is a personal organisation and reminder tool only.
2. Not medical advice
MedCall360 does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a substitute for professional healthcare. Reminders are a convenience and may be delayed or missed due to factors outside our control (for example device settings, loss of connectivity, or notification permissions). You are solely responsible for taking your medication correctly and for following the instructions of your doctor or pharmacist. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
3. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Service under the supervision of a parent or guardian.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including dosages and schedules.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
- Upload content that infringes the rights of others or that is harmful or malicious.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, logos, and content, is owned by MedCall360 and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.
6. Third-party services
The Service may rely on third-party platforms (such as app stores, cloud hosting, and notification providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not warrant that reminders will always be delivered on time or at all.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedCall360 and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from missed or mistimed medication, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India.
